Broadway Inn

I absolutely loved staying here this week. The staff was very kind and the waffles for breakfast were great. I liked having the bar /restaurant right there it was very convenient. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed for one night on a road trip and this met our needs! The front desk lady was super sweet and helpful, the rooms and area were clean, they are pet/animal friendly as well! Provide the basic Continental breakfast, nothing crazy, my only complaint is that the mattresses are very old, loud springs, and very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that it worked well for what we needed and the price point isn’t bad!

We really enjoyed our stay, this is an older hotel but nice and quiet, the customer service was great, the property has everything you need for your stay, bar, restaurant ,casino hot tub and breakfast

The room smelt like old smoke, after awhile got used to it and it didn't bother me anymore. It is an older hotel with a restaurant connected to it and casino. breakfast food is offered, a nice outdoor pool. I stayed 8 nights because it's location to St.Pat Hospital and they offer a hospital rate. All of the staff were wonderful.

Rooms are nice, you dont hear people in other rooms, but hall and outdoor traffic could be muffled out more. Service is great and understanding. Location is a bit far from all the shopping areas, not bad with a vehicle, but far for walking.

Hotel was super quiet and clean. Location is kinda wonky, as it sits on a busy intersection. Lots of parking. Staff was kind and helpful.

This is a clean hotel off the interstate but worth the few extra miles to get to. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms have comfortable beds and full amenities.

The room was good and comfortable. Pillows were hard. Wonderful service. They worked very hard to find us a room with our dog. The hotel could use a good cleaning. For the price, I would have expected better.

My senior mom visited Missoula for the first time a couple weeks ago and she mistakenly booked a room on a sketchy motor inn (bless her heart). We cancelled and I ran around town trying to find her a room last minute. I've stayed here before and thought it was fine, and it's close to my house so I got her a room here. Now this doesn't sound like the start of a glowing review but it is. She doesn't travel much and she was SO happy here, the staff watched after her in the week she was here and it meant so much to me that I felt completely okay leaving her here alone in a state and town she had never been to. The still room next door was amazing too. The hotel has some perks like a breakfast and a small pool, and she was happy with the rooms, but mostly the service we got was so amazing. It's stressful to have family in a town that aren't familiar with and y'all made her feel welcome which (to me) is worth so much more than some 5 star corporate luxury hotel. Big thanks to the staff from Leah from Maine and her son, just want to let y'all know.

Five star rating is based on value and expectations not that this hotel is the Waldorf Astoria. That said, the hotel was going through upgrades and changes when we stayed here. Our room had been updated. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the coffee was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The casino chairs need to be replaced. They did not look appealing as they were well worn and the faux leather was peeling off of all of them.
